| Majority Influence | Sherif and Asch's studies (normative and informational conformity) and group norms. |
| Minority Influence & compliance | Moscovici and Nemeth study, factors affecting minority influence and compliance. |
| Obedience | Milgram experiment, evaluative issues, defiance, Bickman and Hofling studies. |
| Social Facilitation | Drive theory, inverted U, evaluation apprehension, distraction conflict theories. |
| Home advantage and Team Cohesion | Why does the home team usually win and what makes a team stick together? |
